How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING within NZ for all orders $49 and over. Shipping costs for smaller orders under $49 are $10 urban or $14.50 for rural .
How long will my products take to get to me?
We send all products throughout New Zealand by tracked courier Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your confirmed order is received prior to 11am it will be sent out the very same day. You will be advised by email that your order has been shipped and the tracking number. Usually products will take 2 or 3 days to arrive.
Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship within New Zealand.
Are CND products safe to use?
All CND Products are toxin-free, vegan-friendly and never tested on animals, making them not only totally safe but they also have added natural ingredients such as oils and vitamin E to nourish and soothe. All the nail polishes, base coats and top coats are 7-free, meaning they are free of toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, phthalates(DPB), formaldehyde resin, xylene, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). All CND products are specially formulated to nourish the nails and skin.

All prices on the website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
What happens if the product I get is not the one I ordered ?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your product. All products are scanned by us prior to shipping and the order checked to ensure correct goods are shipped to you but if there has been an error we will happily exchange it for the correct product. We are unable to change a product due to change of mind or incorrect ordering so please do take care when placing your order. Product MUST be unopened and in original packaging.
What happens if any of the products I buy are faulty?
Please email us at email@example.com and let us know what happened. This must be within 3 days of you receiving your order. We will assess the problem fairly, and if approved, supply details of how you can return the product for credit or replacement. Please note Sale items are non-returnable.
