Refund policy
Here at CND Online NZ we are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged or have been incorrectly supplied by our team at CND Online NZ.
Please send us an email at info@cndonline.co.nz within 3 days of receiving the order to let us know the details. We will then arrange to have it returned to us.
If a product has been incorrectly supplied it must not be opened. Items must be received in their original condition – unused and in resalable condition. It is important that they are still in saleable condition to enable an exchange or store credit. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned product, our Warehouse Team will then pack a replacement and courier it to you.
We do not exchange goods based on incorrect colour choice, so please do choose your colours carefully. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need assistance with colours. Also please note Sale items are non-returnable.
CND products are gentle and toxin-free. However, if you have an allergy to any of the products, please email us at info@cndonline.co.nz with pictures and details of the reaction. We may also require a doctors diagnosis as part of this process.
