Shipping

We ship to you direct from our modern warehouse in Wellington. Courier delivery fee is a flat rate of $7.00 for urban New Zealand wide, and $12.00 for rural delivery. Orders $49 and over receive FREE shipping for both urban and rural. 

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! We despatch all goods either the same day or the following business day wherever possible after your purchase. For reliable and efficient delivery, we exclusively use NZ Couriers for all our shipments within New Zealand.

When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery to urban areas. If you live rurally or during holiday periods it may take a little longer.
