How much is shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING within NZ for all orders $49 and over. Shipping costs for smaller orders under $49 are $5 urban or $10 for rural .

How long will my products take to get to me?

We send all products throughout New Zealand by tracked courier Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your confirmed order is received prior to 2pm it will be sent out the very same day. You will be advised by email that your order has been shipped and the tracking number. Usually products will take 2 or 3 days to arrive.

Can you guarantee that the products you sell are genuine CND?

Yes we 100% guarantee that every one of our products are genuine CND and have been stored correctly so that they arrive to you in top condition. All our products come directly through the sole NZ approved Distributor for CND, Creative Nails New Zealand.

We are aware that other outlets are selling CND products at lower prices but a lot of these may not be genuine CND but could be very good copies, and they will not perform as well. Also when CND products are offered at much lower prices, it is possible they have been bulk purchased at a low price and may be faulty due to not being stored correctly. This can cause nail polishes to be either thin and not cover properly, or thick and unusable.

Which countries do you ship to?

We only ship within New Zealand.

Are CND products safe to use, even on sensitive skin?

All CND Products are toxin-free, vegan-friendly and never tested on animals, making them not only totally safe but they also have added natural ingredients such as oils and vitamin E to nourish and soothe. All the nail polishes, base coats and top coats are 7-free, meaning they are free of toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, phthalates(DPB), formaldehyde resin, xylene, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). All CND products are specially formulated to nourish the nails and skin.

 Where are you located?

CND Online NZ is an online store.  Products are shipped out of Wellington NZ. We have a showroom located in Mount Maunganui.

What payment types do you accept?

What currency are your prices quoted in?

All prices on the website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

What happens if the product I get is not the one I ordered ?

Please email us at info@cndonline.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your product. All products are scanned by us prior to shipping and the order checked to ensure correct goods are shipped to you but if there has been an error we will happily exchange it for the correct product as long as the incorrect product has not been opened. We are unable to change a product due to change of mind or incorrect ordering so please do take care when placing your order. Product MUST be unopened and in original packaging.

What happens if any of the products I buy from you are faulty?

Please email us at info@cndonline.co.nz and let us know what happened. This must be within 3 days of you receiving your order. We will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Please note Sale items are non-returnable.

What can I use as my natural nails are brittle, weak and splitting?

The best product to use is CND Rescue Rxx. Rescue is a highly effective daily keratin treatment that helps repair damaged nails with the power of keratin protein, sweet almond oil and conditioning jojoba oil. After just one week, 80% of users said the condition of their nails was noticeably improved. Apply twice during day and at bedtime, massaging in after applying to nails. Use when you are not wearing nail polish, as this product needs to be absorbed into bare nails to repair. After 4 weeks use you can then start to use CND Solar Oil twice every day to maintain your nail health. This can be applied over the top of nail polish too and will keep your nails and cuticles healthy. However if you have always had brittle, weak nails which can be hereditary, you can keep using Rescue all the time. Rescue is safe to use long-term. If you have always suffered from weak, peeling nails, use Rescue on bare nails until your nails are strong, then limit the times you wear nail polish, removing it after a couple of days and resuming treatment with Rescue Rxx. You will find you can enjoy strong, healthy nails with Rescue daily.

Are CND base coats, nail polishes, top coats & nail care products free of toxins and safe to use?

Yes all the CND products are created with the utmost care by top scientists in CND state-of-the-art laboratories to maintain the very best health of your natural nails. All base coats, polishes, and top coats are 7-free, meaning they are free of toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, phthalates (DPB) formaldehyde resin, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). They are 100% cruelty-free - never ever tested on animals, and vegan-friendly. CND Pro Skincare and Scentsations are vegan.

My cuticles are dry, what can I use to improve this?

CND Cuticle Remover is both an exfoliant and moisturiser for cuticles, nails and surrounding skin. Apply a small amount to each nail (about as big as an apple pip) and massage into cuticles and over and around the nail. Let it soak in for a couple of mins then scrape across cuticles and over nails and down sides gently with an orangewood stick slanted end or rubber manicure hoof stick. Use on fingernails and toenails to minimise cuticles, get rid of any dry skin,  strengthen nails and nourish the skin around the nails.

Why doesn’t Vinylux nail polish need a base coat?

Vinylux nail polish has been specially developed to adhere to the natural nail without the need for a base coat. The polish has 3 added ingredients Jojoba Oil, Keratin and Vitamin E for nail health. If your nails have been damaged or weakened due to trauma, you can use CND Ridge Fx as a base coat - this is a nail surface enhancer as well so will smooth out your nails beautifully and then you can apply your Vinylux (or Creative Play) as usual.

Will Vinylux nail polish really last a week?

Yes. If you follow instructions you will get seven day wear. Be sure to prepare nails well before use by using CND Scrubfresh first to ensure they are very clean. Shake Vinylux vigorously before use, then apply 2 thin coats of Vinylux nail polish colour, then apply a Vinylux Top coat. Seal the free edge of the nail with polish and top coat too as this helps nail polish last longer. Allow to dry - this polish is quick-drying and will be dry in 8 1/2 mins. Vinylux is very nourishing to your nails too, so it is a beauty treatment as well as a polish.

What sort of textures are there in Creative Play Nail Polish?

Creative Play Polish comes in 10 different textures. They are creme, pearl, shimmer, satin, metallic, transformer, holographic glitter, metallic glitter, micro glitter, and multi-colour glitter. You can read more in the Blog Post.

 Which CND Nail Polish is best for Nail Art?

Both ranges of nail polish, Vinylux Long Wear and Creative Play are ideal for nail art. Creative Play has different textures, so you can easily creative feature nails using the different finishes to mix and match with the Creme colours and create amazing nail art. Vinylux comes in opaque, semi-sheer and sheer. The Opaque colours are highly pigmented and perfect for nail art designs, and the semi-sheers and sheers are great for French nails. Remember to shake the nail polishes before use.

Help. I have just had my acrylic nails removed after several months and my natural nails underneath are now thin, and fragile. What can I do?

CND Rescue Rxx will help your nails become strong and healthy. Apply twice a day and at bedtime, massaging in well. You may need to use this for as long as 3 months until your nails have completely regrown. You will notice your new nails are strong and healthy due to the nail nutrients in Rescue Rxx. Many of our customers are now loving long healthy nails for the first time in their lives due to Rescue Rxx. You can use Rescue Rxx long-term if you have always had weak, peeling nails. Or if you normally have strong nails you can switch to CND Solar Oil twice a day for beautifully cared-for nails.

 My hands are really dry - do you have anything that will help?

CND Scentsations Hand Washes are formulated with glycerin and enriched with jojoba so they cleanse the skin without drying it out. The vegan formulas are PH balanced to respect the skin and to help protect the natural skin barrier. Then follow with the Scentsations Hand Lotions. The lotions are very moisturising and the handy pump dispenser gives you just the right amount of hand cream. These botanically fragranced lotions are absorbed immediately with a velvety feel that is really refreshing. Use 2 or 3 times a day. These washes and lotions can also be used all-over after a bath or shower. The Scentsations range is used widely as part of manicures and pedicures in top salons throughout 68 countries worldwide. What nail polish remover is best for my nails? 

CND Offly Fast Moisturising Remover removes any nail polish quickly and more importantly, safely. It won't damage your nails or dry them out. This product is used widely in professional salons and is suitable for sensitive nails too.

How can I ensure my nail polish lasts for as long as possible?

If nails are not totally oil-free and scrupulously clean, the nail polish won't attach properly to the nails. CND Scrubfresh is a nail surface cleanser which cleans and temporarily dehydrates the nail, giving a perfect surface on which to apply your polish. Saturate a pad with Scrubfresh and scrub (yes scrub) your entire nail. Then apply your base coat, or if using CND Vinylux apply your first coat of nail polish.

I really want to use a base coat with Vinylux even though I know I don't need one. Is it possible to use a base coat? Will Vinylux still give me 7 days wear?

Yes. CND Ridge Fx is designed to work synergistically with Vinylux Long Wear Polish self-adhering technology. So you can use this as your base coat under Vinylux. CND Ridge Fx Nail Surface Enhancer is a base coat for ridged or imperfect nails, giving a super smooth surface to the nail. 

I lead a busy life and like my nail polish to dry as fast as possible. Is there any way I can speed up the drying experience?

CND have developed Solarspeed Quick Dry Spray for this purpose. It is a fast nail polish dryer with the added conditioning benefits of Solar Oil. Lightly mist on nails one minute after top coat is applied. Wait for at least five more minutes to ensure a more thorough set.

Do you have an all-purpose base coat and top coat?

Yes the CND Stickey Anchoring Base Coat and the CND Super Shiney Top Coat are excellent all-round base coats and top coats. The base coat improves nail polish wearability and helps prevent surface staining. The top coat provides a scratch-resistant shine, seals & protects nail polish, and UV absorbers guard against fading and discolouration
